AJ and Jennifer De Los Santos were born and raised in Lea County. AJ graduated as a Hobbs Eagle in 2005. He later attended New Mexico State. AJ has an extensive history working in sales and is a master in digital marketing and media technology. Jennifer graduated as a Eunice Cardinal in 2006. She later attended the NMJC and USW, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Jennifer is an active advocate for the children and families of Lea County. She leads hot topic meeting conversations in hopes to bring awareness and support to our area. Both AJ and Jennifer are involved in the Maddox Leadership Institute.

These two have been best friends for 12 years and married since 2015. They are wonderful dog parents to their beautiful pups, Harper and Vida.
