Cynthia is a native of Hobbs, a city located in the Permian Basin, the highest oil-producing region in the United States. Born and raised in Hobbs, Cynthia attended and graduated from local schools before continuing her education at New Mexico Junior College.

After raising a family of three sons and dedicating herself as a homemaker, Cynthia decided to venture into the real estate industry.
