How to Submit an Infringement Notice

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. It should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed or disabled material, plus where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled in error.
- Your name, mailing address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service of process from the original complainant or that party's agent.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the required time.
