I grew up in southern California and lived about 10 years in Arizona, working as a geologist at a copper mine before moving to Carlsbad in 2017. We lived in a hotel with a newborn, a potty training 2 year old, and 3 cats for our first 6 weeks here before we could close on a house- so I understand difficulties in relocating to a new area and the impatience of hunting for a home!

I got started investing in real estate with a tiny 640 sq ft house in Carlsbad that we remodeled and listed as a short term rental. The first one led to another and now I own several short and long-term rentals in Carlsbad as well as the occasional flip. I really enjoy the challenge of real estate and the process of transforming an ugly house into a beautiful and functional home. I have experience buying and all types of residential property from fixer uppers to turnkey homes, from full-gut rehab to design and staging.  I fell in love with real estate as an investor, and now as a realtor I love helping clients learn to invest in real estate to build wealth and improve their lives.
