Steph was born in Denver, Colorado but grew up in Hobbs, NM. Initially she lived in Lovington, NM with her family but around the time she was getting into middle school they moved to Hobbs to start their family business. The Garza family began their legacy by opening their Sinaloan seafood restaurant “El Coco Pirata II” in 2015. Once the time came for her to attend high school, she started working as a waitress and quickly learned how to manage the business. She loved serving and talking to all the clients: families on weekends after church, ladies going out for a girls night out, the oil field/ construction workers after a long day, and all the regulars that she got to know on a personal level. She admired the business side of everything and loved meeting people that were creating their own businesses. Once she graduated from Hobbs High in 2022, she knew she was ready to get into the business world. She started looking into Real Estate and studied for months. After passing her exams, she got licensed, and decided to get with United Realty, LLC. United Realty LLC is a brokerage made up of an amazing team of 50+ Realtors that have years of experience.
